The first few days at Holder Recovery follow a predictable rhythm, and knowing what that looks like ahead of time makes the arrival easier for you and for your loved one. Mornings begin with a check-in and a light routine, followed by group sessions, individual meetings, meals at set times, and structured evening hours for rest and reflection.
A few things shift depending on the program:
- Phone access is limited during the earliest stage of treatment and gradually opens up as clients settle in. Ask your case manager about the schedule for your specific program.
- Visitor policies vary too, so confirm days and times before you plan a trip.
Your case manager is the person to lean on for scheduling, progress updates, and anything you are unsure about. They keep you informed and help coordinate care.
